7) The Line Superintendent reviewed the status of construction <br /> projects and other operating conditions. <br /> 8) The General Manager reviewed the November financial statements <br /> with the Commissioners. Motion by Mr. Tralle, seconded by Mr. <br /> Dietz to receive and file these reports. The motion carried. <br /> 9) Motion by Mr. Tralle, seconded by Mr. Zabee, to approve the <br /> check register. <br /> 10) Three quotations for a pickup budgeted in the 1995 Budget were <br /> reviewed by the Line Superintendent. Motion by Mr. Tralle <br /> seconded by Mr. Dietz to accept the bid From Elk River Ford for <br /> the Ford 150 4X4 in the amount of $17,168.81. The Motion <br /> carried. <br /> 11) The new OSHA regulation regarding fire retardent clothing were <br /> discussed with the Commissioners. It was decided to invite the <br /> linemen to attend the next meeting to give us their feelings <br /> in regard to what should be done. <br /> 12) The availabilty to the wellness room at City Hall to Utility <br /> employees was discussed. <br /> 13) The next meeting was set for Tuesday, March 14, 1995 at 4 :00 <br /> P.M. at the Utilities office. <br /> 14 ) Motion by Mr. Tralle, seconded by Mr. Zabee to adjourn.
