<br />SPECIAL COUNCIL ~lliETING <br />December 28, 1976 at 7:30 PM. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Members present Mayor Lundberg, Councilmembers Konop, otto, Hudson, Skip McCombs and Paul <br />Peirson of Mceombs-Knutson & Associates. <br /> <br />Purpose of the special meeting is to hold a public hearing to review the preliminary 1976 <br />Street Improvements Assessment Rolls. <br /> <br />7:30 PM. mayor Lundberg declared the Public Assessment Hearing on 1976 Improvements open. <br /> <br />Moved by Councilmember Hudson and seco~ded by Councilmember otto to adopt and accept the <br />preliminary assessment rolls for Vernon Avenue and Service Road overlay as calculated by <br />the City Engineering firm of McCombs-Knutson Associates. Motion unanimously carried by a <br />vote of 4-0. <br /> <br />Ralph Brmm, Ron Koehn and a representative of the Elk River Assembly of God Church were in <br />attendance regarding the School Street Extention project. After hearing all comments of <br />both parties it was concluded to continue this public preliminary assessment hearing on the <br />School Street extention project until January 17, 1976 at 8:00 PM. City Hall Council Chamber <br /> <br />Moved by Councilmember Hudson and seconded by Councilmember Konop to adopt and accept the <br />preliminary assessment rolls for VJatson and Hand Avenues overlay as calculated by the City <br />Engineering firm of McCombs-Knutson & Associates. Motion unanimously carried by a vote of <br />4-0. <br /> <br />Hoved by Councilmember otto and seconded by Councilmember Hudson to adopt and accept the <br />preliminary assessment rolls for 5th Street from Highway 169 to County Road 13 overlay as <br />t) calculated by the City Engineering firm of McCombs-Knutson & Associates. Motion unanimouslJ <br />, carried by a vote of 4-0. <br /> <br />Moved by Councilmember Konop and seconded by Councilmember otto to adopt and accept the <br />preliminary assessment rolls for Holt from 5t Street to t block North overlay as calculated <br />by the City Engineering firm of McCombs-Knutson & Associates. Hotion unanimously carried <br />by a vote of 1.-0. <br /> <br />Hoved by Councilmember Hudson and seconded by Councilmember otto to adopt and accept the <br />preliminary assessment rolls for Irving overlay from 4th to 5th Street as calculated by <br />the City Engineering firm of McCombs-Knutson Associates. Motion unanimously carried by a <br />vote of 4-0. <br /> <br />Moved by Councilmember otto and seconded by Councilmember Hudson to adopt and accept the <br />prelimina~J assessment rolls for Third Street overlay from Irving to the West as calculated <br />by the City Engineering firm of McCombs-Knutson Associates.
