She noted that staff recommends denial of the <br /> b request and suggests rezoning of the property to Highway Business,if the EDA <br /> wished to allow this type of use in this location. <br /> Discussion followed regarding whether fitness facilities should be allowed in the <br /> Business Park zoning districts.
