<br /> Central Minnesota.The homes are built by supervised minimum
<br /> security inmates using structural insulated panels. By utiliz-
<br /> 5:30 - 10:00 pm ing creative financing, families who purchase these homes have
<br /> monthly mortgage payments that do not exceed 29%of their
<br /> Opening Reception and Country Barbeque gross income. Chaska's Clover Field, a new affordable housing
