Memo to Planning Commission Page 2 <br /> February 27, 1996 <br /> 111 allows modifications to an existing ordinance rather than creating a new <br /> district. <br /> The last change being made to the dimensional regulations relates to the <br /> Business Park and Neighborhood Commercial zoning districts. These zoning <br /> districts need to be included as part of the dimensional regulations as they <br /> were previously adapted. <br /> Attached are copies of the schedule of dimensional regulations as they <br /> currently exist in the zoning ordinance, as well as a copy reflecting the <br /> proposed changes. <br /> Recommendation <br /> Staff recommends the Planning Commission recommend approval of the <br /> ordinance amendment adjusting the dimensional regulations in the Ric, Rld <br /> and Rie zoning district designations, and BP and C4 changes as outlined in <br /> the attached exhibit. <br /> . <br /> • <br /> s:\planning\pc\oa96-1.doc <br />
