A public hearing has been <br /> advertised,however, so the public should be allowed to provide input. <br /> Recommendation <br /> Due to the lack of information as outlined in the City Engineer's memo, staff recommends <br /> that the Commission: <br /> 1. OPEN THE PUBLIC HEARING AND RECEIVE TESTIMONY FROM <br /> THOSE PRESENT;AND <br /> 2.
