• Replacement. Trees subject to replacement pursuant to this section shall be in <br /> addition to landscaping requirements of the City Code. <br /> Appeals <br /> If the applicant and the city staff are unable to reach agreement with respect to <br /> interpretation or enforcement of this Section, the matter will be referred to a <br /> Technical Review Committee. The Committee will consist of the applicant, or a <br /> representative of the applicant, city staff member, and the Sherburne County <br /> Forester.
