The developer,Mr. Pat Briggs, feels staff isn't <br /> responsive to his request for plumbing and building permits. <br /> Staff has been responsive to his repeated and redundant requests and will provide further documentation <br /> within the plethora of messages sent. <br /> At the July 16 Regular Council Meeting,Mayor Dietz directed Mr. Briggs to "put your request in writing <br /> to the city administrator by 5 p.m. tomorrow (July 17, 2018). This statement was also repeated.
