Utilize trained <br />park staff to assist in hazardous tree assessments and <br />removals, ROW vegetation management, and winter snow <br />removal operations <br />Crack seal, pothole repair, mill and overlay, reclamation, and <br />other prodedures to maintain bitumunous surfaces in good <br />condition <br />Conduct spring and fall street sweeping to reduce impacts to <br />storm sewer infrastructure and meet requirements outlined in <br />NPDES permit. Actively respond to obstructions <br />in roadways. Conduct thorough patching of potholes and <br />frostboils to prevent vehicle damage. <br />Incorporate pre-wetting systems throughout fleet to increase <br />efficiencies in salt reduction. Updgrade cutting edge systems <br />to JOMA 6000 to reduce plow noise and increase cutting edge <br />life, improve ability to cut snow from road surfaces. <br />Snow and ice control
