According to the
table rosters, thirty-eight people participated in this meeting. A series of small group discussion questions
were used to learn about community perceptions.
The basic approach for each topic was the same. Participants were given a question and asked to list their
own responses. Each group was directed to reach consensus on five responses to report. This memo
summarizes the results reported by the eight discussion groups. The responses have been sorted to group
similar responses.
Elk River Images.
