• Update zoning ordinances and subdivision regulations to ensure appropriate <br /> development of residential land throughout the City. • <br /> • Continue to adopt policies to assist in managing development and associated <br /> issues. <br /> • Maintain a rural density within the undeveloped areas of the urban service district to <br /> allow for efficient extension of municipal services. <br /> 6.
