The land is proposed to be exchanged with D.R. Horton. <br /> IIIAttachments <br /> • Map of Parcels Proposed to be Exchanged <br /> • George Deschenes Property <br /> • Topography, Outlot K <br /> Analysis <br /> As a condition of the plat for Trott Brook South,the City required the applicant to purchase <br /> two outlots from Elk River Crossing (the plat of Home Depot/Wal-Mart). During staff <br /> discussions with the applicant,it was suggested to exchange the two outlots and the remnant <br /> parcel from the George DeSchene acquisition for Outlot K of Trott Brook Farms 1' <br /> Addition. D. R. Horton has submitted a proposal detailing this exchange to staff. <br /> Outlot K,Trott Brook Farms 1s`Addition,was discussed as potential parkland during the <br /> platting process for Trott Brook Farms. The City attempted to obtain Outlot K for park <br /> purposes as part of the overall development however, this was not accomplished. <br /> A portion of the George Deschenes property has been utilized for a well and water <br /> treatment facility by Elk River Municipal Utilities.
