As stated before, staff has concerns about the amount of traffic <br /> that might be generated from the drive-thru teller windows and how it may be circulated <br /> towards the exit on the north side of the property. Staff suggested rotating the building 90 <br /> degrees to allow for less confusing traffic patterns(Staff Option A). The applicant agreed to <br /> turn the building 90 degrees but prefers having a straight line exit south out of the east <br /> parking lot (Applicant's Option). Staff proposed offsetting the exit more to the west to <br /> allow a greater distance from the intersection to Zane Street (Staff Option B). <br /> III <br />
