Planning Commission <br /> February 26,2002 <br /> Page 2 <br /> 0 <br /> The number of clients expected to be usingthe salon at anyone time will be three: one at <br /> P <br /> the workstation, another client using the tanning bed and one client waiting for an <br /> appointment. <br /> The hours of operation will be Tuesday,Wednesday and Thursday 5:30 p.m.to 10:00 p.m. <br /> and Monday and Friday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. <br /> Access to the salon will be off of Lander Street at the existing driveway. There will be <br /> adequate parking space in the existing 20-foot wide by 100-foot long drive way. <br /> Recommendation <br /> Staff recommends that the Planning Commission approve the request for a conditional use <br /> for a Home Occupation (Beauty Salon) with the following conditions: <br /> 1. THE SALON SHALL COMPLY WITH THE BUILDING CODE <br /> REQUIREMENTS. <br /> 2. THE APPLICANT SHALL MEET ALL STATE LICENSING <br /> REQUIREMENTS. <br /> 3.
