<br /> <br />Special Meeting <br /> <br />September 23, 1974, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />A special meeting of the Elk River City Council was called to order by mayor <br />Lundberg at 7:30 P.M. on September 23, 1974 in Council Chambers of the City <br />Hall for the purpose of reviewing the plans and specifications of the Off- <br />Sale Liquore Store Building. <br /> <br />Members present were as follows: Mayor Lundberg, Councilmembers Cooper, <br />Hudson, Syring, and Burke. Also architect Ron Neujahr was in attendance. <br /> <br />Ron Neujahr reviewed the plans and specifications for the Council. One <br />item was noted regarding the need for the sprinkler system. Is it or is it <br />not necessary. Rex Oetinger will be contacted to find out what the State <br />Bldg. Code requirements are. Also the Clerk shall check wiLh the Insurance <br />Agency to find out what the difference in premium would be. <br /> <br />Moved by Councilmember Hudson and seconded by Councilmember Syring to accept <br />and approve the plans and specifications for the Off-Sale Liquore Store <br />Building as presented by Ron Neujahr dated September 23, 1974 and to call <br />for bids October 8, 1974 at 2:00 P~M. 1~esday. And the Clerk-Treasurer is <br />instructed to advise of this bid opening in the Sherburne County Star News. <br />Motion unanimously carried by a vote of 5-0. <br /> <br />No further business the meeting adjourned at 8:10 P.M. <br /> <br />
