The interest on the unpaid balance to be 8% to start <br />accuring October 16, 1974 and payable with no interest within 30 days from <br />September 17, 1974. Mayor Lundberg declared the Public Assessment Hearing on the <br />Sewer. and Watermains for School View First Addition opened. <br /> <br /> <br />Several citizens of that addition were in attendance but were primarily <br />wanting to know when the Streets are going to be paved as promised. Lyle <br />Swanson was instructed to contact Marvin George and find out what the hold-up <br />'.s on this project., There were no objections to these assessments as presented. <br /> <br />MOV:~/by council~ember Hudson and seconded by Councilmember Syring to adapt ~ <br />accept the Assessment Rolls for the School View First Addition Sewer and Waterm4in <br />Extension as calculated by the City Engineering firm of McCombs-Knutson \ <br />Associates, Inc. and to certify them to the Sherburne County Auditor for \ <br />collection through the annual taxes over a twenty year term. . Motion unanimously carried by a vote of 4..JJ. <br /> <br />Moved by Councilmember S;yri-ng and seconded by Councilmember Hudson insrueting <br />Ken Nelson to clean up the old Ford tractor loader and authorize the Clerk- <br />Treasurer to advertise the sale of said tractor. Motion unanimously carried <br />by a vote of 4..JJ. <br /> <br />Moved by Councilmember Burke and seconded by Councilmember Syring authorizing <br />Ken Nelson to take down the concrete structure at the ball park oecause of tlie <br />danger of its collapsing. Motion unanimously carried by a vote of 4..JJ. <br /> <br />George Zabee representing school met with the Council requesting a watermain <br />and sewer line extention on School Street to accolJU1l)date their proposed <br />Office Building Site. <br /> <br />Moved by Councilmember Syring and seconded by Councilmember Hudson author- <br />izing the City Engineering firm of McCombs-Knutson Association, Inc. to <br />prepare plans and specifications for a watermain and sewer extension along <br />School Street within 700 feet of Gates and to call for a public hearing <br />and bid opening for October 21, 1974 but to have the plans and <br /> <br />. <br />
