This final plat creates one lot in Outlot A from the first addition. The lot that is <br /> created is south of Business Center Drive and immediately west of the Sherbume <br /> County Government Center. The lot is approximately two acres in size and anticipated <br /> to hold an office building development. Access off of Business Center Drive should be <br /> • at the west lot line and should be a shared access with a future lot to the west of this <br /> site. The access should also line up with a future access into Outlot C north of Business <br /> Center Drive. Since this is the only location access should be allowed off of Business <br /> Center Drive; the remaining frontage along Business Center Drive should be shown as <br /> limited access on the final plat. We would also note that the drainage and utility <br /> easement typical shown on the final plat is incorrect.
