Development of utilities on this project will be dependent on <br /> the development of a utility system in Kliever Lake Fields Addition first so that <br /> there is a system with which to connect. <br /> 6. No drainage calculations have been provided. However, a drainage concept with <br /> pond locations in the northeast and northwest corners seems to be viable. <br /> 7.
