The plans submitted in support <br /> of this plat request are evidence of Lyman's commitment to the project. The layout of the plat, the <br /> landscape design and the location and configuration of open space, contribute substantially to the <br /> physical and aesthetic qualities of the proposed neighborhood. <br /> City Ordinance titled OSPD provides for developments such as Meadowwoods Village. The <br /> Ordinance further allows for density bonuses at the discretion of the City Council. "Density bonuses <br /> may be permitted which allow projects to be developed at a density greater than otherwise allowed <br /> provided that one or more of the following standards are complied with": <br /> a. Creating a financial endowment to a Land Trust or Homeowner's Association, <br /> b. Provide access for the general public to trails, parks, and other recreational facilities, <br /> c. An additional 10 percent open space is provided, <br /> d. Provide covenants to create an architectural theme, <br /> e.
