It is Lyman Development Company's intent that Meadowwoods Village be a quality prototype residential development and a source of pride for all parties involved. The plans submitted in support of this plat request are evidence of Lyman's commitment to the project. The layout of the plat, the landscape design and the location and configuration of open space, contribute substantially to the physical and aesthetic qualities of the proposed neighborhood. City Ordinance titled OSPD provides for developments such as Meadowwoods Village. The Ordinance further allows for density bonuses at the discretion of the City Council. "Density bonuses may be permitted which allow projects to be developed at a density greater than otherwise allowed provided that one or more of the following standards are complied with": a. Creating a financial endowment to a Land Trust or Homeowner's Association, b. Provide access for the general public to trails, parks, and other recreational facilities, c. An additional 10 percent open space is provided, d. Provide covenants to create an architectural theme, e.
