This Agreement shall be binding upon the EDA and the Bank and their respective <br />successors and assigns and shall inure to the benefit of and may be enforced by their successors and assigns. <br /> <br /> 4. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the <br />State of Minnesota. <br /> <br /> 5.
