<br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />April 30, 1974 at 7:40 PM. <br /> <br />A Special Meeting of the Elk River City Council was called to order by Mayor Lundberg <br />at 7:40 PM April 30, 1974 in the Council Chambers of the City Hall for the purpose <br />of reviewing the tabulations of the bids received for the Library Bldg. Construction <br />and to award the bid. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Lundberg, Councilmembers Cooper, Hudson, <br />Syring and Burke, <br /> <br />Moved by Councilmember Cooper and seconded by Mayor Lundberg to accept and award the <br />Library Bldg. Construction bid to Elview Construction at the bid amount of 230,679.00 <br />with out block, $231,700.00 with block. as per the tabulation of the architect. Motion <br />unanimously carried by a vote of 5-0. <br /> <br />Councilmember Rose Ann Burke goes on record stating that the Library building project <br />is not going to receive any more monies. <br /> <br />No further business the combined three special meetings adjourned at 9:30 PM. <br /> <br /> <br />(' <br />
