<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />April 30, 1974 at 8:00 PM. <br /> <br />A Special Meeting of the Elk River City Council was called to order by Mayor Lundberg <br />at 8:00 PM. April 30, 1974 in the Council Chambers of the City Hall for the purpose <br />of opening and considering bids for the construction of sanitary sewer and watermain <br />for School View 1st Addition. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Lundberg, Councilmembers Cooper, Hudson, <br />Syring and Burke. <br /> <br />8:00 PM. the Mayor declared the receiving of bids closed. <br /> <br />Mayor Lundberg proceeded to open the bids for the Construction of the sanitary sewer and <br />watermain for School View 1st Addition project.
