Led this congregation for twelve years and oversaw its closure in 2003 when it was determined <br />that it could no longer sustain itself. <br /> <br />DATES FROM 1992 – TO 2003 <br />PARTNER/MANAGER, STARBUCKS <br />From pastoring, I moved into the marketplace and thoroughly enjoyed the world of coffee as a barista <br />and then as a store manager, successfully opening the second-floor store in the Mall of America. <br /> <br />DATES FROM 2003 – TO 2014 <br />ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR, SOURCE MN, INC. <br />Managed all finance and HR as the business administrator for this non-profit organization that works <br />with homeless youth and victims of sex—trafficking. Full-time position until 2009 when the Great <br />Recession hit the non-profit world and Source was forced to lay-off all employees who did not raise <br />their own support.
