Background/Discussion Case No. CU 18-07 -The subject property is west of Highway 169 along the 190 Avenue alignment (see red dot on Figure 7). �- 1 � The property is zoned Planned Unit Development where changeable copy signs larger than 30 square feet require a CUP. The property has a V land use designation of Highway Business. CR 33 The applicant is seeking a CUP to install a 60-square foot changeable copy sign on the existing drive-under canopy. The proposed bottom is about 12 feet above the ground. RR • Planning Commission Hwy 10 The Planning Commission had no questions,issues, or concerns CR iz regarding the request. No one spoke for or against the request and staff has not received any comments since the Commission meeting.
