She thanked city staff for participating in meetings and for assisting in the <br /> Corridors of Commerce funding. <br /> The Council thanked Senator Kiffineyer for her hard work. <br /> 6.1 Volunteer of the Month <br /> Mayor Dietz presented the June Volunteer of the Month Award to Amanda <br /> Stoltman. Mayor Dietz highlighted some of Ms. Stoltman's accomplishments <br /> including: <br /> ■ Reads and visits with hospice patients at Guardian Angels Care Center. <br /> ■ Travels to the homes of hospice patients to spend time with them. <br /> ■ Serves as a commissioner for Elk River Youth Baseball. <br /> ■ Works on fundraiser, concessions, and team registration for Elk River Youth <br /> Baseball. <br /> ■ Team manager for youth football, basketball, and baseball teams. <br /> ■ Classroom volunteer and carnival committee member at Parker Elementary <br /> School. <br /> ■ Part of a mission team that will deliver aid to Haiti. <br /> UREJ <br />
