Work with the DT Association <br />to develop a beautification plan for the Main Street Corridor. <br />Implement a permanent fixture policy on behalf of the HRA to <br />install and maintain permanent public fixtures downtown <br />Target business owners interested in redeveloping blighted C/I <br />properties.
