She requested that condition 6 be removed as <br /> she d(--,)esn't feel the city should dictate this activity. Commissioner Larson-Vito stated <br /> she also,,vants to avoid people paying an Impound fee. <br /> Con-n-nissioner Rydberg stated he felt condition I and 6 conflict with each other, by <br /> allowing carriping and recreation but no overnight vehicles.
