<br />Proposed Housekeeping Language, OA 05-07 <br /> <br />Section 30-938 Architectural standards <br />(2) Exterior buildingfinish. <br /> <br />a. In the C-l, C-2 & C-3 districts, the exterior building finish shall consist of at least two <br />of the exterior building finishes, per wall: <br />1. Face brick. <br />2. Natural stone. <br />3. Architectural Glass. (i.e. Curtain Wall) <br />4. Wood. <br />5. Stucco. <br />6. Siding (metal, fiber-cement or vinyl} <br />7. Integrally colored split face (rock face), burnished or glazed concrete masonry <br />units (excluding smooth/plain or painted) <br />8. Other approved architectural metal. <br /> <br />b. In the 1-1 & 1-2 districts, the exterior building finish shall consist of the following <br />exterior building finishes: <br />1. Face brick. <br />2. Natural stone. <br />3. Architectural Glass. (i.e. Curtain Wall) <br />4. Wood. <br />5. Stucco. <br />6. Integrally colored split face (rock face), burnished or glazed concrete masonry <br />units (excluding smooth/plain or painted). <br />7. Integrally colored and/ or exposed aggregate precast concrete panels. <br />8. Poured-in-place concrete walls. <br />9. Prefinished metal panels. <br />10. Other approved architectural metal. <br /> <br />(3) Roofing standards. Roofing shall consist of a shingled, prefinished metal panel and/or <br />membrane roof. <br />
