<br />Case No. CD 05-08 <br />April 26, 2005 <br /> <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />Landscaping <br /> <br />A landscape plan has been provided that exceeds the ordinance requirements. Staff is <br />recommending screening between the single family lot and loading area and between the <br />back of the goals on the multi-use fields and 191 st Street. A shade tree should be planted <br />near the tot lot and some wedand tolerant trees around the sedimentation ponds. <br /> <br />Building Elevations <br /> <br />The exterior of the building will be a mix of rock face block and face brick with accent metal <br />panels. The roof will be composite shingle. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the Planning Commission recommend approval of the conditional <br />use permit with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. All comments of the City Engineer shall be addressed. <br /> <br />2.
