City of <br /> Elk <br /> River <br /> Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> adoption: <br /> City of Elk River <br /> City Council <br /> Resolution 18- <br /> A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Acknowledging <br /> Contributions <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and <br /> individuals for their contributions to the community; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received a$2,000 donation from State Farm Insurance <br /> Kevin Gleitz with the intent it be used by the Elk River Parks and Recreation Department <br /> for the 2018 Farmers Market. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council,by at least four-fifths <br /> vote, to acknowledge the support and commend the First National Bank of Elk River for <br /> their donation. <br /> The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof- <br /> and the following against: ,whereupon said <br /> resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> The following members were present: <br /> and the following absent: <br /> Passed and adopted this 181h day of June 2018. <br /> John J.
