Driessen. and Mr.- Burquist representing the Faithfellowship Church met <br />with the Council regarriing servicing sewer and water to their property North <br />of Fifth Street. Lyle Swanson, City Engineer stated that if the church board <br />wanted to hire the necessary work done for t:hAse services and did not run the <br />cost thru the regular assessment proceedures tbey could save themselves 15 to 20 <br />percent from what the engineering~report estimated. <br /> <br />Moved by Councilmember Toth and seconded by Councilmember Otto approving <br />Change Order No. 1 Wastewater Treatment Plant increased of $26,430.00 over <br />original contract of $1,334,810.00 with Acton Construction, Incorporated. <br />Motion unanimously carried by a vote of 5-0. <br /> <br />Lyle Swanson briefly reviewed his report on traffic study for the Neil Larson <br />and Joe Bailey building proposals. He stated that he would have his report <br />in final form for the November 28, 1977 Planning Commission Meeting. <br /> <br />No further business the meeting adjourned at 10:35 P.M. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br /> <br />. <br />
