<br />The Council stated that <br />present his proposal to <br />scheduled meeting. <br /> <br />since his proposal requires a zoning change he would have to <br />the Elk River Planning Commission at their May 31, 1977 regular <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The Council approved the request of the Minnesota Employment Service Dept. to park their <br />27' van on Monday and Tuesdays of each week starting May 21, 1977 to the end of July 1977 <br />in the parking area behind the Coast to Coast Store this approval also includes the <br />power hook-up. <br /> <br />The Council discussed the Regional Development Commission request to levy 1/6 of a mil <br />for their 1978-79 budget requirements. <br /> <br />Moved by Councilmember Konop and seconded by Councilmember Syring that the City-of Elk River <br />support the one sixth mil levy for the Regional VW Development Commission for their <br />budget requirements. Motion carried by a vote of 4-1 Members voting for Mayor Lundberg, <br />Councilmembers Konop, Syring and Otto Members voting against Councilmember Toth. <br /> <br />Council discussed the boat'lliandings but no conclusions were made. <br /> <br />No further business the meeting adjourned at 10:00 PM. <br /> <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />
