(F) In renting the residential units in the Project, the Owner has not given <br />preference to any particular group or class of persons (except for persons who qualify as <br />Qualifying Tenants); and none of the units listed in (D) above have been rented for <br />occupancy entirely by students, no one of which is entitled to file a joint return for federal <br />income tax purposes. All of the residential units in the Project have been rented pursuant to <br />a written lease, and the term of each lease is at least twelve (12) months. <br />(G) The information provided in this "Certificate of Continuing Program <br />Compliance" is accurate and complete, and no matters have come to the attention of the <br />Owner which would indicate that any of the information provided herein, or in any <br />"Certification of Tenant Eligibility" obtained from the Tenants named herein, is inaccurate <br />or incomplete in any respect. <br />(H) The Project is in continuing compliance with the Declaration. <br />(1) The Owner certifies that as of the date hereof % of the residential <br />dwelling units in the Project are occupied or held open for occupancy by Qualifying <br />Tenants, as defined and provided in the Declaration. <br />(J) The rental levels for each Qualifying Tenant comply with the maximum <br />permitted under the Declaration. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature, on behalf of the Owner, <br />on .2018. <br />JACKSON HILLS RESIDENTIAL SUITES, LLC <br />F-15 <br />51939481SB EL18549 <br />
