The Commission <br />reconvened at 6:51 p.m. <br />7.1 Extreme Motor Park (EIRX) — 21591 US Highway 169 <br />• Planned CUP and Ordinance Amendments <br />Mr. Leeseberg presented the staff report. <br />The commission discussed traffic concerns, camping events, and ERX's vision by <br />expanding the scope and concept of their facility. <br />It was the consensus of the commission to support future expansion plans presented <br />by ERX, seeing it as a benefit to the community and drawing visitors into Elk River, <br />and support the vision of ERX with the introduction of new uses to the property to <br />better utilize their space on non -race days. <br />8.
