Mayor Madsen suggested the City determine what types <br />of interest there was within the City regarding the ball teams. Councilman Otto <br />indicated he felt the ,scheduling of the ball diamonds was not a Council duty and <br />suggested this project is within the realm of the Recreation Board. Councilman <br />Duitsman suggested the City Council make a recommendation to the Recreation <br />Board to schedule the use of the ball diamonds and to give priority to City <br />leagues. COUNCILMAN ENGSTROM MOVED APPROVAL OF THE SCHEDULING OF THE BALL DIAMONDS <br />TO BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RECREATION BOARD AND TO RECOMMEND THEY GIVE <br />PRIORITIES TO CITY LEAGUES. COUNCILMAN DUITSMAN SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br />PASSED 4-0. <br /> <br />14. Tentative Agenda <br /> <br />The flood maps, year end expenses, parking lot and Library Board appointment are <br />tentatively scheduled for the February 25, 1980, City Council agenda. <br /> <br />15. Next Meeting Date <br /> <br />It was decided that the next City Council meeting would be held February 25, <br />1980, at the Elk River Public Library. <br /> <br />There being no fl,1rther bus.iness, COUNCILMAN OTTO MOVED THE MEETING BE ADJOURNED. <br />COUNCILMAN TOTH SECONDED THE MOTION..
