City Council Minutes Page Four October 18, 1982 COUNCILMAN ENGSTROM MOVED TO APPROVE THE PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE BARRING- TON PLACE IMPROVEMENTS. COUNCILMAN SCHULDT SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 4-0. 11. Parking on the North Side of the Tracks on Railroad Drive Councilman Toth indicated that the parking time limit signs have not been placed on the six spaces designated for time limit parking in the parking lot north of the railroad tracks. The Deputy City Clerk indicated that she would find out why the signs have not been placed on the six parking spaces. 12. Greenhead Acres 3rd Addition AssessmeIlts ':"Public Hearing Mayor Hinkle indicated that in the feasibility study for Greenhead Acres 3rd Ad- dition, it was proposed that the assessments be levied on a per lot basis, with each of the fifty-nine lots in the Greenhead Acres 3rd Addition assessed as equal portion of the total improvement costs. Mayor Hinkle further indicated that the per acre lot cost for Greenhead Acres 3rd Addition equals about $4,606.48 per lot. Mayor Hinkle opened the public hearing. Mr. Lloyd Anderson, developer of the Greenhead Acres 3rd Addition development, in- dicated that he did not have any objections to the proposed assessment roll. COUNCILMAN DUITSMAN MOVED TO APPROVE THE PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR GREENHEAD ACRES 3RD ADDITION. COUNCILMAN TOTH SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 4-0. 13. Ridgewood East 2nd Addition Assessments- Public Hearing Mayor Hinkle indicated that the developer petitioned for the sewer lateral improve- ments in the Ridgewood East 2nd Addition. Mayor Hinkle further indicated that the proposed assessment for the Ridgewood East 2nd Addition is based upon an area assessment, inasmuch as the lots are of varying sizes and there are different zon- ing categories in the subdivision. Mayor Hinkle indicated that when the area form- ula is used, the cost per acre is $4,930.73. Mayor Hinkle opened the public hearing. No one appeared in opposition of the proposed assessment roll. COUNCILMAN DUITSMAN MOVED TO APPROVE THE PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE RIDGEWOOD EAST 2ND ADDITION. SEWER LATERAL PROJECT. COUNCILMAN.TOTH.SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 4-0. 14. Revenue Sharing Proposed Plan - Public Hearing Mayor Hinkle indicated that the federal requirement of the federal revenue sharing fund is to hold a public hearing for the proposed use of federal revenue sharing funds. Mayor Hinkle further indicated that the amount of funds anticipated to be received in 1983 is $45,153.00 Mayor Hinkle opened the public hearing. No one proposed comments for the use of the proposed federal revenue sharing funds.
