<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Storm Sewer Area C Public Hearing <br />October 12, 1982 <br />P age Two <br /> <br />Further discussion was carried on regarding MSA funds and how they are obtained. <br />Further discussion was carried on regarding the depth of the storm sewer line <br />and costs attributable to that line. Linda Hagaseth questioned when the lateral <br />lines would be proposed for Area C. <br /> <br />Further discussion was carried on regarding costs of the project and benefit. <br /> <br />Mayor Hinkle declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br />Mayor Hinkle indicated that he felt the City of Elk River should have addressed <br />the storm sewer problems long ago and that the City must now address these problems. <br /> <br />Councilman Toth asked the citizens present for the public hearing whether or not <br />they wanted the storm sewer project. The majority of the people did want the <br />storm sewer project. It was the consensus of the City Council to authorize the <br />City's consulting engineers to proceed with plans and specifications for the <br />proposed storm sewer project. <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br />4c <br /> <br /> <br />Robert C.
