Councilman Schuldt iydicated that he felt the conference would be <br />of benefit to him in performing ~is job as a councilperson. Councilman Duitsman <br />indicated that he was not convinxed that two people should have to attend the <br />conference, expecially in a tighr economical year. <br /> <br />COUNCILMAN TOTH MOVED TO AUTHORI E COUNCILMAN SCHULDT TO ATTEND THE MINNESOTA <br />LEAGUE OF CITIES CONFERENCE.
