He indicated it could possibly mean higher taxes to the residents of Elk River because of the Green Acres involved in the district . 18 . Pat Holzem, indicated he is opposed to the expansion of the urban and service district and stated that he would have to move if a sewer and 111 water project goes through his area. 19 .
