FOUR COMPLETE SETS OF PLANS SUBMITTED TO STAFF FOR REVIEW AND <br /> APPROVAL PRIOR TO ISSUAN OF A BUILDING PERMIT. <br /> 2. CURB, GUTTER AND LAN CAPE IMPROVEMENTS AS NEGOTIATED WITH <br /> STAFF BE INCORPORA INTO ANY PLANS FOR SITE IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> 3.
