A lighting plan should also be provided. Four light poles <br /> along that property line seems excessive. <br /> Recommendation <br /> Staff recommends that the Planning Commission recommend approval of the <br /> preliminary plat for Elk River Crossing 2nd Addition with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. All comments of the City Engineer are addressed. <br /> 2.
