• ELK RIVER CENEX—CARWASH Conditional use permit application. <br /> 1. Curb and gutter—Central Rivers would install curb and gutter on the approachs,and exit areas to the <br /> car wash. When new asphalt is installed,curb and gutter would be installed on the balance of the <br /> property. <br /> 2. Access drive on north—Current access is in excess of city ordinance but should be grandfathered in. <br /> 3. Drive lane approach to carwash. Would be widened to meet city recommendations <br /> 4. Flag poles,lighting standards,and phones. These would be moved to the 10'property setback be <br /> implemented where curb and gutter are installed and implemented when the balance of property when <br /> new curbing is installed. <br /> S. Dumpster enclosure would be installed as required. <br /> 6. Landscaping. Currently 11 tees are cowing on property(15-20') Central Rivers would landscape <br /> where ever there is adequate property to do so.
