There should be a 6-foot wide sidewalk constructed along the west side of the access road <br /> from Freeport Avenue for pedestrians to access the TCF site. <br /> 4. The dumpster for the TCF site is located at the southwest corner of the building. It is <br /> unclear how a garbage truck will access this. We assume that garbage pickup will 'happen <br /> at off-hours and the garbage truck will be able to enter and exit this area from the same <br /> direction and have free movements to back in and out of the site. <br /> 5. The landscaping plan should be reviewed carefully to ensure that no large trees are planted <br /> in City easements. The City does have sanitary sewer and watermain running across the <br /> boulevard area along Freeport Avenue.
