The exhibit was signed by Lynn Caswell of John Oliver <br /> and Associates and had a revision date of January 21, 2000. Based on our review we find that <br /> • the description of line 1 on the exhibit mirrors the centerline of Business Center Drive in the <br /> plans we are currently working on from the County Government Center property to point A <br /> where the description heading to the north mirrors the centerline of the re-alignment of Waco <br /> Street.
