(g) Evaluation of the Water Monitoring System and a proposal for <br /> continued sampling and analysis. <br /> (h) Detailed evaluation of all water quality results by means of tables <br /> and graphs. <br /> (i) A groundwater contour map based on the previous years' <br /> groundwater level data. <br /> (19) (26) "Application for Permit Modification", dated April, 1998 and revised <br /> June, 1998 "Permit Application September", 1999; subject to the following <br /> conditions: <br /> (a) The plan sheets and engineering report shall be revised to provide <br /> vehicle access for operation and maintenance of the new leachate <br /> management facilities, existing and future landfill gas (LFG) <br /> extraction system components and maintenance of final cover. <br /> (b) The plan sheets and engineering report shall be revised to indicate <br /> details for the new LFG condensate storage tank. <br /> (c) The depth of burial for the leachate force main shall be increased at <br /> locations where access roads cross the pipe. <br /> II (d) The conditions set forth in the June 8, 1998 letter to Licensee from <br /> the City, Sherburne County and the Minnesota Pollution Control <br /> Agency, shall be complied with. <br /> (a) Additional leachate management and storage facilities are <br /> required so that the leachate head does not exceed a maximum <br /> of 12 inches for any liner. The Landfill shall monitor leachate <br /> . head levels weekly and submit results to the City quarterly. <br /> (b) The sampling and contingency action protocols for liner leaks <br /> shall be outlined in the Operations Plan for the site and <br /> approved by City Staff. <br /> (c) The Construction Quality Assurance Program shall be <br /> amended to document compliance with MNDOT 3877.2B <br /> standards for sampling and testing of topsoil. <br /> (d) Operation of the Active Gas Venting System shall be managed <br /> to mitigate landfill gas migration and ongoing containment of <br /> ground water contamination from the unlined portion of the <br /> Landfill. The Landfill shall develop a current Active Gas <br /> IIIVenting System Operation and Monitoring Plan,which is <br /> 5 <br />
