She noted that the Windsor <br /> Plat is the irst preliminary plat application submitted under the Open Space <br /> Preserv. ion Plat Ordinance (Cluster Development). Michele McPherson noted <br /> that t - development consists of a 57.03-acre site with 31 single-family residential <br /> lots .nd with over 50%of the development permanently protected by a <br /> co' servation easement as open space.
