Trees have been included to <br /> provide an accent at the open sod area both north and south of the entry <br /> drive and parking area. The landscape and sod areas will include <br /> underground irrigation. The tree count of overstory (8), understory (2) and <br /> evergreens (10) is equal to the original development agreement. <br /> 411 Signage: Site and building signage has been noted on the elevations along with <br /> sign examples. The building signage will be on one side of the building <br /> (West). The site sign or monument sign will be located at the Northwest <br /> corner of the site. The proposed signage is within the City sign <br /> requirements. <br /> City guidelines for signage: <br /> Building or Wall sign - Area allowed per sign is ten (10) percent of the <br /> wall surface. 33 feet x 15 feet = 495 or 50 sf. <br /> Site or Monument sign - One (1) monument sign, max 1000 sf.
