Through the <br /> "Metropolitan Towns"project,the Coalition attempted to strengthen an existing neighborhood, <br /> the West Lake Johanna Neighborhood,which spans Arden Hills,New Brighton, and Roseville. <br /> The collaborative plan includes fiscal, zoning, and educational devices to ensure continued <br /> private reinvestment in this neighborhood.
