We also had <br /> recorded a"Declaration of Covenant to Build Road" which provided that when the <br /> property was platted there would be a permanent road connection between 183rd Avenue <br /> and Waco Street. <br /> Our Board re-addressed this issue at our January 24th meeting and affirmed that we still <br /> desire the connection. We believe this to be a public safety benefit and we hope that you <br /> will concur and approve such a connection. <br /> Thank you for your consideration.
