Zylstra Harley-Davidson requests an amendment to <br /> the Hillside Crossing PUD to allow a third wall sign at 19600 Evans Street. Mr. <br /> Harlicker reviewed existing signage and displayed a rendering of the proposed <br /> new identification sign. Staff recommends approval of the request with the <br /> condition that the applicant obtain a sign permit. <br /> • <br />
